I had reserved only a seating for 3 people on friday June 18th at 9pm online on their web site. I did receive confirmation via email. We are located in the est of Montreal so it's a 20 to 30 minute drive to the resto on the south shore. To our surprise when we arrived, we were grated by a sign saying closed for renovations. This is unbelievable. They do not care about thoer clients since they never even turn off the online reservation system and the worse thing is we get an email with reservation confirmation. I can not support a company who could careless about their clients. That night they messed up the supper for 3 people and including the transport to south shore. We ended up eating at a good pizza place called COMOS just down the street on the right. They have dine in service. This is a poor customer relations. I am and have been a regular there for years since they opened and now i am so discussed in the treatment of their clients that I will have to find another Asian resrorant to frequent. Incredible. And I'm sure I will not hear back from them for this post. The reservation was under lefrancois if they even care. Sad Oh forgot to mention this is the store in St. Catherine on south shore 138 highway. Don't go cause they don't care
