To be totally truthful...I was not the one who ordered...but I was given a HUGE pièce of your griot. The pork tasted good....it was a tad undercooked for my taste (PINK) ....but what really motivated me to write a review is that I could see herbs on the pork....but I could not taste them! Were they really old herbs or what??? Let's face it this is 2020....you are opening a new restaurant....you need to make a MEGA impression with your dishes...you need to create the craving that will make peopleorder, and order again....
