THE ABOVE RATING DOES NOT REFLECT THIS INCIDENT We have been loyal for as long as we can remember. The staff, OUTSTANDING (Karen, Sarah, Phyllis). We have ever had an incident, with either, rude staff or food that was not fresh. On Friday September 6th, 2019, I was there as usual at 06:30, alternating between Thursday and Friday every other week. I mentioned to Karen, that we had a small issue, with a product that we regularly purchase. Both Karen and Sarah immediately asked, why we did not bring it back. I said I should have and just wanted to make them aware of it. They proceeded to inform a GENTLEMAN (used loosely). Apparently, the Manager. My thinking was in all the years that he was the baker. He absolutely refused to believe that this could happen. Never questioning me directly. HOWEVER, IMPLYING THAT I WAS A LIAR. This is completely unacceptable and I am appalled, that the so called manager, does not know how to deal with a minor problem.
