What a treat to find this gem in Sainte Anne de Bellevue. My wife and I have had the pleasure of enjoying Spanish cuisine in Spain. And have been disappointed in some Spanish restaurants. But Olé was a great surprise. Paco and his daughter Jasmin have brought the authentic taste from Spain to Canada !!! The Pata Negra was astounding! Authentic Croquetas! And the Pulpo made me feel like we were back in Galicia. My greatest surprise was the "Pimientos Padrones" we never expected to be enjoying them outside of Spain. Kudos and thank you Paco and Jasmin and to everyone that makes Olé the wonderful place it is!!! *** YOU MUST ORDER THE SANGRIA!!!
