This winter, Les Amis de la montagne invite the public to experience Mount Royal in a unique way with two special winter activities. Shinrin-Yoku, also called forest bathing, is a guided walk that immerses participants in the urban forest to slow down, breathe, and fully enjoy the winter landscape.
The activity promotes physical and mental well-being while offering a peaceful break surrounded by snow and winter light. It takes place on Saturday, January 31st, 2026, from 1pm to 3pm, covering approximately 3km, intermediate level, for participants 16 and older.
