As the world's top cyclists take over the streets of Montreal for the 2026 UCI Road World Championships, Ibéricos, Le Plateau's Spanish tapas tavern, invites visitors to discover the flavours of Spain, one bite at a time.
Throughout the Championships, from September 19 to 27, Ibéricos will welcome athletes, cycling fans and local and international visitors with several ways to enjoy the pleasures of Spanish dining.
Chef's Tasting Menu
A five-course gastronomic journey created by chef-owner Haissam Souki Tamayo and his team, combining traditional tapas with innovative house creations inspired by Spanish cuisine.

For a convivial dining experience, these sharing menus highlight some of Spain's most iconic specialties, featuring a selection of tapas and paellas.

The Big Fiesta
Groups of 10 or more are invited to celebrate with Ibéricos' house specialties through a selection of fixed-price menus.

Spanish Lunch
Monday to Friday, diners can enjoy Ibéricos' platos combinados, an accessible lunch concept featuring a combination of three tapas, offering a unique way to sample several Spanish flavours in one meal.
Prices range from $21 to $26. One example is Combinado No. 3, featuring calamares a la andaluza, Russian salad and traditional Catalan pan con tomate.
Individual paellas are also available until 2:30pm
