Les Vitrines is where Montréal gastronomy meets locally grown urban agriculture.
On September 11 and 12, 17 participating restaurants will offer an exclusive dish or menu created especially for Fermes en Ville, using ingredients sourced from Montréal's urban farms.
Mushrooms, vegetables, fresh herbs, microgreens, and other locally grown produce will be placed in the hands of chefs, who will reinterpret them in their own unique styles.
It's an invitation to discover new restaurants, experience the expertise of urban farms, and see Montréal from a decidedly food-focused perspective.
The creations will be available directly at participating restaurants on September 11 and 12.
Les Vitrines is presented by La Table Ronde, the Collectif de la gastronomie québécoise, as part of Fermes en Ville.
