From September 8th to 19th, RENOIR at Sofitel Montréal The Golden Square celebrates Martinique's culinary traditions as part of the 19th edition of the Martinique Gourmande Festival.
Available in the evening throughout the festival, the menu features a selection of dishes and cocktails inspired by the flavours of the island, including a Trois-Rivières rum cocktail, royal sea bream ceviche with kiwi and passion fruit, and a marinated striploin skewer served with coconut-roasted parsnips and herb chimichurri sauce.
