Le vin dans les voiles is unveiling its new series of wine tasting workshops, presented inside its loft space at the Grover buildings. From January to May 2026, the agency invites the public to explore a dynamic program dedicated to natural wine, offering a blend of learning, pleasure and discovery in an inspiring and relaxed atmosphere.
These workshops welcome both beginners and seasoned wine lovers, featuring a variety of themes designed to deepen knowledge and sharpen the senses:
Discovering Natural Wine
January 29th, February 26th and April 30th, 2026
An introduction to living wines, their unique character and the philosophies behind the artisans who craft them.
Tasting 101
February 12th and March 19th, 2026
A beginner-friendly workshop covering tasting fundamentals: aromas, vocabulary, techniques and sensory confidence.
Exploring Orange Wines
March 12th, 2026
A session dedicated to understanding skin-contact maceration and the aromatic profiles that define orange wines.
Demystifying Winemaking and Aging
April 2nd, 2026
A comparative tasting exploring how different vessels (stainless steel, oak, amphora, concrete) shape the evolution of the same grape.
Natural vs Conventional Wine
April 16th, 2026
A blind tasting designed to challenge assumptions and help participants refine their personal preferences.
50 Shades of Rosé - Mother's Day Edition
May 7th, 2026
A colorful journey through the many styles of rosé, from fresh and saline to more gastronomic expressions.
Rates and Information
Each workshop begins at 6 p.m., lasts approximately two hours and is offered at $95 + tax. Gift cards are also available.
