Le Grand PoutineFest hits the road for its 11th edition with its largest tour yet. From Québec City to Gatineau, including new stops in Thetford Mines and Sainte-Julie, this festive and food-focused event will visit 21 cities across the province to celebrate poutine, local music, and the shared moments that have made it famous.
Poutine & live shows are back, bigger than ever
The poutine-and-concert nights return with major performances featuring Fredz, Éric Lapointe, and La Chicane, who will take the main stage at PoutineFest in Mirabel and Granby.
The full program will be announced in the coming weeks, but tickets for the headlining artists have been on sale since this morning via the festival's website. All tickets include access to the show, 3 tasting-size poutines, and 1 beverage.
Tasting-size portions now available
Due to popular demand, Fridays throughout the season will now be dedicated to tasting formats. Visitors can purchase a 5-poutine package for $55, available in advance online or on-site, allowing them to sample as many creative poutine creations as possible.
A completely refreshed festival experience
This year, the festival site has been transformed with new immersive decorations, DJs kicking off festive weekends on Fridays, and live performances by the festival's house band, LGPF, who will fire up Saturdays with custom shows shaped by the communities visited through the festival's Facebook pages. The festival will survey attendees in advance to determine whether the performances should focus on rock, disco, or pop themes.
Two Country editions for an exclusive experience
A new feature in 2026: two special stops will have a western twist with PoutineFest Country Edition in Pointe-Claire and Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
These sites will be fully transformed into festive saloons with line dancing, country music, themed activities, and even a small petting farm for children. An exclusive menu of country-flavored poutines will also be offered.
A decadent menu to make your mouth water
Over 15 gourmet poutines await festival-goers, including the return of the Mac Daddy and new bold creations such as Triple Pickle Poutine and Asian-Style Spare Ribs Poutine. There's a poutine for every taste: rib poutine, lobster poutine, General Tao poutine, and many more surprises.
Sundays designed for families
Another new feature this year: Sundays are dedicated to family time, with special promotions and free activities:
Buy a cotton candy, get 1 free inflatable game ride
Buy an adult poutine, get 1 child poutine free
The festival also offers packages for children's birthday parties. Parents can give their child and five friends the ultimate PoutineFest experience with this turnkey package, which includes poutines, lemonade, candy, inflatable games, cake, and even the chance to create their own poutine in a real food truck.
A tour shaped by communities
This year, the goal is clear: listen and evolve. By taking into account feedback and expectations from the communities visited, Le Grand PoutineFest has improved its offerings to continue providing a fun, inclusive, and delicious experience that has been a success for over a decade.
Complete tour dates and program details are available on the official Grand PoutineFest website and social media channels.
