On July 24th, Bistrot Boisselet, the charming French bistro tucked beneath the arches of Montreal's Little Italy, will host a special one-night-only pop-up dinner featuring guest chef Sam Schwarz.
For this exclusive evening, Chef Darcy, whose culinary career includes La Salle Climatisée and the Four Seasons, will reunite with longtime friend Sam Schwarz. The two chefs first met nearly a decade ago while working together at the acclaimed Septime in Paris. Today, Sam is preparing to lead the kitchen at L'Arcade in Paris's 11th arrondissement.
Together, they will present a collaborative à la carte menu celebrating the best seasonal ingredients and their shared passion for approachable, classic French cuisine.
