For a different take on Easter celebrations, Ibéricos invites guests to enjoy a festive brunch blending Quebec traditions with southern Spanish flavors. On Sunday, April 5th from 10am to 3pm, a three course menu inspired by platos combinados will be featured, offering a unique and generous dining experience.
Created by chef Haissam Souki Tamayo and his team, the menu highlights creative maple inspired variations on beloved Spanish dishes. Guests will enjoy a selection of sweet and savory bites served across three composed plates, bringing together bold and comforting flavors.
Highlights include reimagined tapas, flavorful meat dishes with a touch of sweetness and spice, and a decadent dessert with a Spanish twist.
The lively atmosphere will be enhanced by live Spanish guitar music, adding to the warm and inviting setting.
An à la carte menu will also be available, along with paella starting at noon.
