Presented by Imbibe Magazine and Campari this Negroni Week aims to celebrate one of the world's best cocktails and to raise money for charities around the world. Since 2013, Negroni Week has collectively raised over $3 million for charitable causes.
From September 13-19, bars and restaurants around the world will mix up the classic Negroni and these variations for a good cause. Once again this year, several Montreal establishments are participating in this effort, including the authentic Italian restaurant JACOPO and the famous TERRACE WILLIAM GRAY.
At JACOPO, in addition to the classic Negroni, the team offers you the Sbagliato, a fresh and sweeter negroni than the classic version. Composed of Campari, Cinzano rosso and sweet sparkling wine, it will give you a light taste of Spritz! Either one will be a perfect start to the meal or accompanied by one of their delicious fresh homemade pasta dishes!
On the William Gray Terrace side, three Negroni options will be featured. Including the classic Negroni, the Terrace team is offering a Gourmet version with a touch of chocolate bitter or a Mexican version with tequila, Amara and Campari! Accompany it all with a delicious tartar and a breathtaking view!
