The second edition of Ferment Fest Montreal is presented in collaboration with the Montreal Public Markets and the Quebec company Tout Cru! The event will take place at the Jean-Talon Market on Saturday, September 17th from 10am to 6pm. The Ferment Fest Montreal is the first gastronomic festival in Quebec focused on fermentation. The goal is to demystify and discover the world of fermentation. This festival is for enthusiasts, experts or simply curious people who want to know more about fermentation. The festival is composed of different components. Thanks to tastings, you will have the opportunity to discover new flavors and products from Quebec. Throughout the day, free conferences will be given by different passionate and professional people dealing with various subjects on fermentation. The participative and demonstrative culinary workshops will show you how easy it is to practice fermentation on a daily basis. Several will be on the agenda!
