We remember when this restaurant used to be Spatches, then Sur le Grill, then La Transition. When L'Oeufrier opened, I believe it was a bit of a struggle but as all business, one has to be consistent and persistent. I do think it paid off because the food and the service were simply outstanding even though we did not have a reservation. The restaur...
