Revised review: March 2016 We went back, remembering the gluten-free options but this time, the service was not as good as the previous time. It took forever to get our plates and we went at 5:30pm, when the restaurant was still quiet. We were with our young son and a 2-hour dinner was not what we had in mind for pizza! The last straw was when we got charged extra for the gluten-free dessert. It was a raw cake from the company ''Rawsome''…..how can you charge extra for the GF version if the cake is gluten-free to begin with?? So I should've asked for the normal version to pay less for the same cake! 2014-07-04 We tried it out, looking for gluten-free options (very limited options in Montreal) and we were pleasantly surprised. They really pay attention to every little detail, making sure nothing has been overlooked (separate utensils, G-F bread, even the soap in the washrooms!). We had a G-F pizza and the mussels which were delicious. A very special mention to our waiter Jeffrey who was very nice, courteous and attentive. We'll definitely be back!

I'm in love! Finally tried Regine after wanting to go forever…..I will definitely be back! Simple, yet stylish menu (a bit on the pricier side). Delicious….everything is just the perfect experience for your taste buds. Service is attentive as well. I repeat…I'm in love!

This is now one of our favourite brunch places. We were a large group (12) including kids. Service was attentive, friendly and caring. Food and presentation was impeccable. Can't wait to go back and try Bagatelle for lunch next time.

We've been going to Mamina for a few years now and the food is really good. Menu is varied and tasty and service is professional. I have to say however that i am disappointed that they changed the way they make the pîzza…..don't know what or why they changed it, but it is not as ''authentic', as it used to be. Their pizza was in my top 3 spots in Montreal for real Italian, thin crust pizza. Lately, it just feels like an Americanized pizza. I hope they bring it back the way i used to be because as of right now, I'm not going there anymore when I want a good pizza.

This is our family's favourite breakfast spot. Our son even asks for the ''restaurant with the chicken''. Love the variety, the gluten-free options and quality of the food (not too salty and greasy like some other restaurants). Also, you don't feel rushed when you go, although service isn't always consistent. If I had one suggestion to the owners, it would be to include the coffee in the price of the dishes….$2.25 extra for a regular coffee just seems too much.

We've been a couple of times and they did not disappoint. Food is flavourful and colorful (we describe it as a party in our mouths) and the service is friendly and attentive. Even our 2-year-old son keeps stealing food from our plates! It's on our ''go-to'' list. We love it!

Jarry Smoked Meat

Jarry's is one of our favorite places to go to for smoked meat whenever we get a craving. It is opened 24 hours and we've always had good service. It is different from Schwartz but just as good, whene it comes to smoked meat and the place is bigger, there is parking and more choices on the menu.

There must've been something terribly wrong the night we went because I cannot see how this place can get such great reviews (we went last Saturday night, 7pm. First, the only beer they had available was their Blond beer because they had run out of all other kinds! Not acceptable from a restaurant that is known for brewing their own beer. I ordered the chicken brochette, which came with fries, salad and rice. The chicken was dry & the rice looked and tasted like Minute Rice. My husband ordered the burger which was dry and very plain. The service was ok. The music was too loud. We had been to Les 3 Brasseurs on Ste-Catherine street and had a much better an different experience. The St-Paul location left a very disappointing impression to us.

You go for the ambiance...that's pretty much it. I do not understand how a place this beautiful cannot put more effort into their menu. It's basically your choice of sweet or salty crepes (none of which are great). The setting is great: you are dining out in a beautiful garden setting while listening to a Jazz trio. Service is so-so but I guess it is because the place is always jammed-packed. Don't go too late or you will wait a long time to be seated....line-ups are crazy! Great place to go to have a drink & listen to some Jazz music on a summer day.
