Off my list of West Island restaurant. Years ago(before the renovation)The food and service were outstanding. The veal was the best in the city. The service was personal and attentive.... but no longer After a couple a negative visits my family and my self will not be returning. The food has gone down hill and the service is indifferent, slow and unprofessional. Some example are, not all of us receiving the food at the same time. One member of our group waited over 20 minutes for their meal because it was forgotten from our order. Cold over done pasta was also served. Nothing was done for service recovery. I could go on but there is no point to do so. Sorry to share this type of experience because we have of fond memories as a family from pass visits where we enjoyed the food and conversations etc.

Enjoyed a good lunch during my last visit to the interesting village of Sainte Anne. Cunninghams in a comfortable pub with great atmosphere and has a good kitchen with a varied menu. Enjoyed a couple of Guinness along with an order of fried chicken and the soup of the day. The mushroom offering was very tasty. Others in the group had chicken tenders and a large caesar salad. Our waitress was very friendly and did a wonderful job in taking care of us. It's great to sit by the window and watch the world go by for a couple of hours with great company in enjoyable surrounding. Very pleasant experience. Well return

Always enjoy a visit to Il Fornetto while in Lachine. Great view of the river. The food and service are always top notch. Best calamari on the island. Like to share a pizza and a glass of wine with my wonderful wife and let the afternoon slip by! Great spot

It is off my list....After my last three visits I have found other than the beautiful and rustics surroundings, my visits along with my family and business colleagues to be very disappointing to say the least. It will be a long time until I MAY try this once great restaurant again. ... sorry it was one of the best in the city years ago but no longer!

When ever we visit our children and grand children in Dorval we always enjoy a family meal at "Del Friscos" located on the west island. The flavourful food and warm friendly service are always outstanding. They treat the entire group with great care and ensure all is perfect during the entire meal. The prices are very reasonable and the quality and quantity of the entire menu is of great value Can't wait until our next family visit and a trip to Del Friscos as well. ....Suggest you and your family visit this West Island spot if you have not done so....The mussels are the best in the city and they have an outstanding wine selection.....enjoy
