I never leave reviews because if I ever have an issue I bring it to the attention of a staff member but unfortunately that was not possible as she just stared at us like we were crazy. When we arrived we were sat at a table & thrown a menu & the host walked away. A server eventually showed up 10 minutes later where we asked some menus & she said well yes you have to scan the QR code to receive the menu. You would think the host would tell people when they sit. Once we looked at the menu she eventually came back 10 more minutes later. The place had only a couple of tables in so it wasn't like she was busy. I ordered the hot honey chicken poke bowl, it was average the avocado was rock solid, no dressing, the chicken was chewy.
My husband had the fish & chips, over cooked fish & fries that looked like they has been triple dipped in the fryers & were stone cold. My daughter had the chicken BLT supreme, chicken again was rock solid fries were cold & over cooked.
My 2 boys had kids chicken fingers & fries & were inedible. Hard & cold.
Assuming this is how people from out of town are treated as the 1 table behind us who were obviously from the area were treated completely different than we were.
Not once did she come back to check on us, probably because she could see no one had eaten anything. She came along eventually took our plates & but the bill down. No asking if everything was ok, no asking if we wanted anything else. Probably the worst service & food we have ever had.

Service inacceptable. Le serveur nommé Josh a osé nous demander un plus gros pourboire, à moi & à mes trois amis, alors qu'il savait déjà que nous étions jeunes puisqu'il nous avait posé des questions à ce sujet au début de la soirée.

Nous avions déjà laissé un pourboire de base, qui n'est d'ailleurs pas obligatoire, donc je trouve cette demande complètement déplacée & très peu professionnelle de la part de La Cage.

Cette situation a vraiment cassé le moral de tout le monde & personne n'en revenait. Ce n'est vraiment pas une expérience que nous avons appréciée. J'espère sincèrement que la situation sera prise au sérieux & mise au clair.

Attitude inacceptable envers des jeunes clients
Le service était potable tout au long du repas, mais la fin a complètement tout gâché. Au moment de payer, notre serveur, Josh, s'est permis de chialer & de faire des remarques déplacées à chacun de nous 4 parce qu'il jugeait ses pourboires insuffisants. Un pourboire est une récompense à la discrétion du client, pas une obligation sur laquelle on s'acharne. Ce n'est pas parce qu'on est un groupe d'ados qu'on mérite de se faire manquer de respect ou d'être traités de haut de cette façon. Manque total de professionnalisme.
