Far exceeding expectations, as a seasoned roast chicken lover, I would give the Portuguese roast chicken & ribs a'Perfect Score' of 100!

Ordered chicken parm. It's half of the size what it used to be 6 months ago.
Ordered key lime pie, they served a slice that someone put their finger into the whipped cream.
When I asked the server about the portion, she said that she doesn't know anything about it because she doesn't work in the kitchen 🤯
Ceiling looks like it's going to fall on people's head.
Salad bar full of old & stale food. Chicken noodle soup watered down & tasteless.
Just a sad place to be at.

Soooo disappointed. My family & I used to eat there & order a little extra so we could take it home & have it for lunch the next day. But now, you have to pay $3.95 for just one takeout box, & they are so small that I could barely fit a leg & a potato in one.

The menu did say that you have to pay for untouched meals, which I understand. My sister & nephew weren't very hungry & didn't eat much of their meals, but they did eat some of what was on their plates. When we went to pay, we were charged for two takeout boxes. The waiter told us he was going to charge us for four boxes, but since we had eaten most of our meals, they only charged us for two instead-& told us we were lucky they did.

Not to mention, the hostess was not very subtle about monitoring us while we ate. I saw her checking on who was eating their meals & who had barely touched theirs several times. If you're going to do that, at least be less obvious about it. Walking back & forth in front of the customers' table without asking if we're okay or if we need anything is a pretty obvious giveaway that you're watching what we're eating. It was very awkward & uncomfortable.

The waiter was no better. We had to ask him three times to bring us everything we needed to pack up the food. I even had to go to another waiter & ask for a paper bag.

If you're going to charge $3.95 for a takeout box, at least have the decency to provide the customer with everything they need to pack up their food. This experience was very disappointing, especially since my family & I used to enjoy eating there.

Excellent food & excellent service.
We've been coming here for years with my wife. We used to come here when we first started dating & now it's become one of our little traditions & special places to go & celebrate, kudos to Zoe who is always there with a smile, super polite & its so nice to have someone like that greet us when we walk in. She seemed to already be aware of what we needed & what was going on at our table...service time was perfect. Thank you Zoe!

Food was very good & nice & hot, service was excellent also, fast on picking up the plates from the salad bar which was included with our meals, & that was also fresh, vegetables, fruit & a good variety of salads. Overall was very good
