Our Food

Inspired by his love for food, the Chef cooks up a menu of comfort food classics taking advantage of a rich variety of fish, seafood, wild game and meats. Always complimented with fresh seasonal vegetables, the dishes are both original and constantly evolving. Festive appetizers, magnificent mains and divine desserts, are all adjusted seasonally to include the freshest produce. Nothing from frozen, just really cool!
