Le petit Tsukiji restaurant was named after the « Tsukiji » in Tokyo, the world’s largest fish market. Just like at the fish market, big fishes are delivered to the restaurant but are cut in fillets, preserved and stored by chef Van Amtel himself.

Chef Van Amstel has shared his knowledge with the most famous restaurants in Montreal, including Toqué!, Niji, he was also an executive chef at the Maiko Sushi, Kaizen and Shodan. He then starts his own business and Le Petit Tsukiji becomes one of the best spots for Sushi lovers, serving healthy, delicious and exclusives dishes!
