More than a restaurant, Bistro Olivieri is a haven for exploring the local Quebec products. Our chef travels on weekends with local producers to ensure product quality and to propose new ones. We can enjoy bio beef of Saint-Ignace-de-Stanbridge, raw milk cheese from St. Edwidge, or pork raised with high ethical standards.

The regular arrival of new privately imported wines allows our waiter to offer a varied menu, reflecting a judicious balance between the Old and New Worlds. The products here, such as cider and a selection of beers from microbreweries in Quebec are the highlights.
