Braise et Houblon inaugurated in Quebec the micro brewery concept already well-known in the United States. This family-oriented restaurant invites all to follow sport events on super giant screens and share unforgettable moments. The name of the restaurant, Braise et Houblon, is a self description of the menu. Braise refers to the BBQ grill on which our chef cooks with passion all the best choices of meats. Houblon refers to hops, one of the ingredients of which is made our home-made beers. Make a choice by either selecting a charming blonde or refreshing cool dark beer!
