We, (Chef Jimmy and his sons) use authentic, fresh ingredients of the highest quality. We are constantly looking to add to and improve the menu, which is always evolving based on the seasonality and availability of different vegetables, grains, seafood and meats.

Great wines… Atomic also features an excellent wine list to complement any selection on the menu. There are house wines by the litre, beer on tap and by the bottle, as well as a large variety of mixed drinks and alcoholic beverages. A variety of soft drinks and juices are also available.
