Built in 1991, the flagship of the Buonanotte Group's series of restaurants and hotel including Globe Restaurant, Rosalie Bistro & Bar, Time Supper Club and Hotel Godin. Years have passed since our original and humble selection of some 25 wines in 1991. It has evolved in a modern, specialized and one of the most awarded Italian wine selection in all of Canada, with 450 choices as its Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence for the last 5 consecutive years will attest to. With our sommelier’s yearly pilgrimage to Italy’s most exclusive, refined and reputable vineyards, his dedication to his craft has resulted in uncovering a selection of private imports from vineyards reflecting Buonanotte’s philosophy of quality over quantity - wines exclusive to us and our customers alone. Monthly, we celebrate the renewal of our wine list through wine tasting evenings in harmony with the release of our new food menus.
